Volunteers are always needed for every department.  If you have a heart for serving God's people and have completed the H.E.L.P.S. Training, you can get involved.

Ministry Involvement - for the list of ministries

Criteria for HELPS Ministry Workers

• Is a member.
  

• Has been a faithful tither for at least (3) months.
  

• Must have regular attendance of one (1) Sunday and one (1) weekday service.
  

• Bust be filled with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tounges according to Acts 2:4
  

• Must have victory in manifestation for six (6) months in the areas of smoking, drinking, narcotics and illicit sex.
  

• Must be living a lifestyle that is consistent with the Word of God, as well as Pastor’s Way vision and the rules and regulations governing the HELPS ministry.
  

• Agree to attend 3-course HELPS Training Classes (You will be notified of dates).
  

Each class lasts for approximately 1 hour including 15 minutes of Questions & Answers.

H.E.L.P.S. Training Class Description:

• Class 1 - Loyalty, Teachable Spirit, People Skills/Communication, Holiness, Spiritual Life (personal), Church Attendance & Personal Grooming
  

• Class 2 - Vision, Chain of Command, Grievance Procedure/Church Discipline, Recruitment and Requirements of Ministry
  

• Class 3 - Spiritual Gifts Assessment, Seven Motivational Gifts and T.E.A.M. Work
